Very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist, Julien, was very nice, professional and helpful with everything. Food was great and a big plus that the restaurant is open all day with the possibility of having dinner in the hotel.

The room has been recently refurbished and it looked great and was spacious. Very good breakfast, and a smooth and good overall experience. The highlight is the sauna, which I found very nice.

Everything is more than ok. The room is quite big, the bed confortable and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was great and with long open time. In the bar they are serving a very good hamburger and beer. They have also a very good shuttle bus service for the expo. I want also to say thank you to all the staff that was really friendly and ready to give all the info .

Very comfortable beds, spotless room and bathroom, big car park, easy to find by car. Amazing breakfast choices (probably the best one I have come across), 24 hour reception, very good value for money. Made us feel very welcome with our dog by proving good quality treats, portion of dog food, bed, clean bowl and dog magazine (very good attention to detail).

A large quiet comfortable room with enough space for suitcases and other belongs and internet connection. King size comfortable and clean bed with medium soft mattress and antiallergic bedding. Bathroom well prepared with all you need and enough space for your belongs. Room is well equipped with wardrobes and hangers, safe, fridge. A water( free of charge) coffee and alcohol and non alcohol drinks with snacks as well. Great breakfast solutions in buffe style open from early morning almost to the lunch time. Irish pub as a bonus. Carpark has some disabled spaces, some free of charge spaces on the side of the hotel and garage spaces payable. Also some free spaces on the road in front of the hotel. Staff friendly.

The room was very large and had cloth hangers and space for hanging clothes. The bathroom was also large and had plenty of space on the table and a shelf to put your things. The shower cabin was very comfortable and had two shower heads. The hotel has a restaurant that serves excellent food. The breakfast at the hotel was also excellent. The location is very good and there was ample parking area.

The price is ok so the value for money is very good. The rooms are spacious and clean. A very positive thing is that the hotel has its own free parking on the side. It is not that far away from the main road, but it is a bit hidden without navigation, it is not possible to find it because there are many trees around the hotel.

This hotel is great value for money, offering very comfortable and spacious rooms, all inclusive breakfast, and free parking. As regular travellers and devotees of an international hotel chain, we booked the H+ because our usual chain had no offering in Hannover. However, we were not disappointed at all, and will add the H+ to our list of regular locations. The combination of space, facilities, breakfast and parking, make this a great value deal.

Location is good, not far from the Autobahn and walking distance to a U-bahn line into the city. Plenty of parking on the site, too. The staff was very friendly. We were also traveling with our small dog and they were welcoming and prepared with a bed, bowl, and some treats. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good.
